This Sunday, at 09.30 we will be welcoming back our Storytelling service participants, and their service will also be streamed via Facebook Live.
At 10.30 will be the "Together Apart" service from the Nave which will, as usual, be available on Zoom.
To comply with the guidance from the Government and the Church of England, please note the following arrangements for public worship:
· Numbers are limited so we can comply
with social distancing rules.
· Please don’t come into church if you or someone in your household has symptoms of COVID-19.
· On arrival, please use the hand sanitiser provided, and give the welcomer on duty your name (and contact details if we don’t have them). This is for track and tracing should that be needed, and is a way of caring for one another. Records will be kept for 21 days and then destroyed.
· Please sit in one of the available chairs. If you are attending with other members of your household, please let the welcomer know so we can adjust seating to accommodate you. Please do not fetch your own chairs from side aisles. This helps us to maintain social distancing, and to know where to clean after the service.
· There will be no physical sharing of the Peace. The sign-language peace we have been using will continue.
· Communion will be in one kind only, from the bottom of the chancel step. Please maintain social distancing in the queue for communion, and return to your seat via the side aisle.
· Clergy will be using hand sanitiser frequently throughout the service. Orders of service will be available, and will be quarantined after the service before re-use. These will be the same as the one we have been using in "Together Apart".
· For the first week, there will be an additional prayer at the start of the service that marks the fact we have been out of the building and are now returning, offering to God all that the past months have brought.
